Macedonia’s wine history dates back before the time of Alexander the great, and was considered one of the best wine making regions by the Roman empire. Today, Macedonia is continuing its rich wine heritage with modern interpretations of both indigenous and international varieties.
RED WINES
TIKVES “Tga Za Jug” Vranec 2018
“T’ga za jug” was named after the iconic Macedonian poem “Longing for the South”, and now it lives as our most widely recognised wine brand. “T’ga za jug” harnesses the flavours and body from the most potent red grape variety Vranec and, indeed, it holds the poem within every drop.
A Semi-dry red wine with dark red colour made from Vranec. On the nose this wine exhibits aromas of red fruits and on the palate you can notice black currants, raspberries, blackberries and raisins. This wine id full bodied displaying a pleasant and sweet aftertaste.

DALVINA “Hermes” Vranec 2015
A noble Vranec painted with an intense, dark ruby-red colour, imbued with essences of fruit, vanilla and baking spices after a six-month aging process in crisp French oak. Harmonious taste, expressive freshness and structure, and a soft, fruity finish.

TIKVES CHĀTEAUX & DOMAINE Barovo kratosija Vranec 2017
CHĀTEAUX & DOMAINE is considered to be the highest fruit garden in the Balkans. The high diurnal temperature range, coupled with the volcanic soil, provide for an exceptional quality of the grapes.
Wine from single vineyard 700 meters up in the mountain hills, presents perfect match of the powerful full bodied Vranec and soft tannin Kratošija. Aroma and taste of blackberries, dry plums rounded in mouth filling sensation and lingering aftertaste.

CHATEAU KAMNIK Reserva Kratosija 2017
Dry red wine obtained by vinification of carefully selected grapes of the varieties Kratoshija (85%) and Vranec (15%). The wine has a deep ruby red color and a pleasant aroma of red and black small fruits, complemented by discreet spicy tones of cloves, mocha coffee and sweet root.
The complexity of this blend is due to the 30-month maturation in new and partially used barrels of French and American oak. The taste is elegant, complex and full, with high extract content, excellent structure and soft velvety tannins that give this wine the potential for many years of bottle ageing capacity.

Chateau Kamnik Ten Barrels Syrah Reserva 2019
This dry red wine is made from Syrah grapes from the vineyards surrounding the Kamnik winery. The unique touch of this wine results from the double crop reduction, a method which leads to a partial dehydration of the grapes on the vines and obtaining phenolic ripening of the grapes. The wine has an intense ruby red color, high extract and high ageing capacity. The bouquet is abundant in blackberry, black currant, java plum, is spotlighted through the vinification with 6% of Vranec grapes. The complexity of this wine comes from the ageing in new American and French oak barrels for 22 months, which enables obtaining discreet spicy tones of mocha coffee, vanilla, licorice and dark chocolate. The taste is elegant and full-bodied, with excellent structure, soft and velvety tannins and perfectly integrated oak aromas with a long aftertaste.

Chateau Kamnik Terroir Vranec Grand reserva 2015
A dry red wine produced 100% from Vranec variety grapes that were let to partially dry on the vines. The density of the wine is typical for this variety; it is fresh and fruity, bright and vivacious with nice viscosity. The wine is defined by a dark ruby red colour. Тhe fruity and spicy nose unveils a fusion of ripe blackberries, blueberries and plums, with a discreet hint of mint. The 24-month ageing process in new French and American oak barrels ensures obtaining exceptionally full-bodied and intense taste of red berries jam with a long and persistent chocolate aftertaste. The harmonic acids, the soft velvety tannins and the complex bouquet with a delicate structure provide this wine with a long ageing potential. If aged for an extended period, under appropriate ambient conditions, this wine will display even more complexity and splendour.

Bovin A’Gupka 2012
Bovin Winery is the first privately built winery in Macedonia. Bovin owns 60 hectares of prime vineyards in the Tikves wine district. it is the driest area of Balkan Peninsula. The maximum daily temperature during July and August is regularly around 40ºC. With a deep ploughing layer, the rich soils supply the grapes with a constant supply of water. Gentile north winds provide natural protection to the grapes
A’Gupka is an irresistible wine from late selective harvesting of dehydrated grapes from single vineyards. Intense ruby-garnet in colour, it is redolent of a profusion of aromas of ripe fruits and dark chocolate. Dry white wine with lemon colour interlaced with greenish nuances, floral aromas of elderflower with distinctive violet, rose and tangerine notes. Well-balanced and intriguingly delicate body.

DALVINA Chardonnay Barrique 2015
A first class wine with a distinctive clarity of fruity aromas - peach, kiwi, drops of lemon, rounded with pleasant minerality. Aged in oak barrels, providing it with the ability to last more than a decade and continue to develop perfectly after bottling. Concurrently, it does so without losing its crispness and quality, nursing a pronounced aroma of cognac, a full body and a balance of fruity notes.

Chateau Kamnik Chardonnay Barrel Fermented
The wine is produced 100% from the Chardonnay variety from the vineyards surrounding the Kamnik winery. The uniqueness of this Chardonnay comes from the fermentation in French oak barrels with extended contact of the wine on the fine lees, with the so-called “sur lie” method, as well as from the 10-month ageing in these barrels. The wine is marked with a pale golden colour and crystal clearness. The nose is complex, splendid and elegant, with discreet tropical fruit aromas. The taste full-bodied, harmonic and rounded, creamy, with a butter and biscuit texture and with a long and persistent aftertaste. The wine has a remarkable fullness, harmony and roundness and it is marked with a potential for bottle ageing for several years.

Tikves Alexandria Rose
Blend (cuvée) of Pinot Noir, Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon.
Dry rosé wine with pale salmon colour exhibiting gentle aromas of rose, pear, peach and raspberry.
This bone dry rosé has grapefruit and light cherry flavours with hints of orange and crisp acidity making the wine vivid and refreshing.
